Prepare for the Holidays is to rest in peace and prepare nice touches like a good homemade Foie Gras.
The success of your fatty liver depends on certain things:
- take a good quality Extra French foie gras
- work with a fresh liver as close as possible to its slaughter date
- make a foie gras that looks like you
- work with quality seasonings
- why not vary the recipes?
We have teamed up with Maison MARLAS, a duck specialist in Cahors for 4 generations to provide you with Extra fresh livers of recognized quality and very close to their day of slaughter.
Depending on your needs gathered before your arrival, the Marlas house will provide you with the livers you need.
Under your responsibility, we provide you with recipe ideas that allow you to make your foie gras, we offer a range of seasonings if you want to vary your creations.
We provide you with ingredients and materials that will allow you to make your own foie gras to share with family or friends for the Holidays or for later.
Price of supplies:
Foie gras: At the real price around 50 € / kg (depending on current prices)
Containers, le Parfait terrine 200g or 500g: 3 € / piece
Spices package &seasonings: € 3 per kilo of cooked foie gras

8 p.m. Foie Gras dinner at table d'hôtes (+ € 10 per person vs.Table d'Hôtes rate)

9 a.m. Breakfast
10 a.m. Preparation of recipes
12 p.m. Free afternoon for visits (Tuesday 2:30 p.m. Lalbenque market)
6 p.m. SPA free evening
8 p.m. Table d'Hôtes dinner or free

9 a.m. Breakfast
